Syosset Quest.
Does anyone know the area between the LIE and the Northern State by Marlene, DeerPath, etc? We are considering purchasing something in the area but do not know too much about it or whether it is considered a good area to buy in. I am aware that they could potentially build a mall across the LIE and would appreciate any feedback on whether that should be a concern too. Anyone have any words of wisdom or knowledge of the area?
