Table Numbers/Names

I don't want to use the plastic numbers that the catering hall has to number the tables. What do you all suggest. Thanks!!

If you have a theme, you can tie in the table numbers. My friend chose flower names, and since I`m getting married in the Fall, I`ll do either Fall flowers, or maybe even leaves. You can also do favorite/classic movies, or something else that both you two share.

Haven't decided if we will name the tables or use numbers but if we decide to use numbers then Im going to make beaded numbers (ala Martha Stewart). These are made by stringing pretty beads on floral wire, then bending the wire into a number shape.

We have to decided what we are doing this weekend. It will either be places in Italy, our Honeymoon destination or numbers. FI was leaning towards football teams but I nixed that one early on.

My Catering Hall has pretty gold picture frames with the table numbers in them. They match the decor and are less obtrusive than the high numbers. Just a suggestion.

Thanks for your thoughts.. I found pretty glass frames with a single dried flower, similar in color to my centerpieces. I am going to run the numbers of on my printer. I hope it works out OK as I am running out of time. Thanks again.

Table Numbers/Names

You can use names that associate with your wedding if not a theme like love, commitment, unity, family, etc. We are also going to tie that in with the kissing, instead of the clinking of the glass to get us to kiss, we are going to have a table carrd on each table with a poem that basically says if they want to see us kiss, the table must stand and sing 1-2 lines of a song with the word love in it. There is a poem that goes with that. If you are interested let me know and I will e-mail it to you.
