ETA: dont go to Pats 2 on Elwood. they changed people a few years ago... they got the guys from Addicted Art... they were really shady.

i want it on my foot maybe both feet

I have been to and Cliffs (2 of them) ...wasn't impressed with either

i know its far, but the guy Scott Campbell does AMAZING work. I have seen ALOT of his stuff he did on friends and he is amazing. His site is here but its all flash tattoo work on his site, when he should really put other types on..... i cant wait to go to him.

good luck finding someone regaurdless though.. its tough to find someone you feel you can trust when its going to be there on you forever!

feet hurt and the ink rubs off (?) it has to be done often . BUT they look cool. I know someone who has a vine on her foot with a flower and the vine raps around her big toe and a lady bug at the end.


ETA: If you goto a book store and look at some tattoo magazines you will see a lot of Lone Wolf's work.

Me too, the one in Centereach - got two there. I got the rest of them in VA when I lived there for 2 yrs. (I have a lot...I HATE most of them)

Pleeeeeeeeeeease make sure you really want it AND put them in a place that you can easily hide. I wont even wear shorts anymore... UGH!! I have a lottt of them...started getting one removed but it was so painful and so much $

i got #1up in ct - don't remember the name of the place

#'s 2&3 - i got at a place in east meadow, on hemp tpke, very last minute type of thing

#4 - a tattoo lou's in babylon - highly recommend.

Well...depends on how you look at it (yes I have a disclaimer LOL) I have had 12 (yes twelve) separate pieces done over the years...but it is 6 (yep, six) sep. parts of my body.

For example, I had one done on my shoulder...then a few months later I added another piece to it. I have them ALL over. The only way I can cover them all is to wear a t-shirt and pants. It *****. Poeple look at me and go 'NO WAY do you have any tattoos...never mind 12' but, I do. I used to have a snake too

People also look at me like 'ew' when I go past, and I see them...it *****. I have too much ink

On my wedding day my hair was down and veil was on all night so you couldnt see them, well you could see the one on the back of my neck and on my shoulder a little but the rest were hidden....um, until I thought I was at a can-can competition and started kicking my feet up and swishing my dress! ha ha

Brian Setzer and (I think) Marilyn Manson got tats at Lone Wolf. I just went because my friends at the time highly recommended them and got their tats there. I'm not sure who I used though.

My friend is really good friends with Justin or Jason. Something with a J LOL..

DH has a lot, a whole sleeve, one that covers most of his thigh, he's known Jimbo for a long time and always got his tattoos done by him. I have one by him too.

Yeah its addictive!!
Honestly if I could I would get rid of all but 1 of my tats...but then I'd want to start over because I have pics of a couple of pieces that I LOVE ha ha

What am I gonna tell my kids when they want a tattoo and I say no, and they ask 'why not? YOU have TWELVE' ha ha

I have another tattoo and now all about 'hiding them and how much a foot tattoo hurts thank you for the advice though


Lolita...maybe i will take a ride over there again and check out recent work.

And i will check out the Lone wolf place too
