So once again I am mad at my bank. I tried to use my credit card that is linked to my checking acount when I was in Jersey on tuesday and it would not work, it came up stolen!!! I have the card mind you.... so I call the bank and find out TJ MAXX's credit data base for the past four years was broken into (on monday) and information was stolen (visa's account numbers). Anyhow as a precaution my bank shut down peoples accounts who could have been effected,,(which is good).
But here is my problem, we are doing DYI e-party invites and my card did not go through (due to the bank error) for paper that was on backstock that I was ordering online, the paper is now out of stock, and not re-orderable and I am having trouble finding! We already have over half of the paper done for the invites.
I HATE THIEVES..... THEY DONT KNOW WHAT STRESS THEY PUT ON EVERYONE ELSE.
Ps... the bank told me today that they sent out a letter stating the problem and I would see my new card in 7-10 business days! Being that this has happened 4 other times in the last 3 years, I am switching banks!

I'm so sorry you're going through this!
I have an account at Roslyn and I hate it - they're always so slow with everything. You have to plan to be at the bank for 30 minutes just to cash a check - it's horrible! I'm switching banks after the e-party.

Yup thats what I am planning too! The FH and I are making a joint and i will get a seperate account

That's exactly what we're going to do too - we're getting a joint account but also keeping our separate accounts until we get married.

That's exactly what we're going to do too - we're getting a joint account but also keeping our separate accounts until we get married.
thats what we did!! opened a joint account to put money in for the wedding, house, etc...we put all the money from out e-party in it!

Commerce bank is great.....my FH works there and he hates it as an employee but for customers its great!!! The hours are long which is awesome and their posted hours are not real. They always open 10 minutes early and close 10 minutes later than the posted times. Its company policy. They're awesome! Switch!!!

Same thing happened to my sister. She called me from Nike very embarrassed and upset! This is the second time they have done this in a year! Id say go elsewhere.
I use the Bank of New York and I LOVE them!
