So I am bringing my bridal party to Bridal Reflections in a few weeks for the Jim Hjelm Trunk show. This is going to be interesting. I have one bm that is so anti anything I pick out that she makes me crazy, and than I have my MOH/Sis that is going to have my mom so up her tush that it will make her crazy. I am so not prepared for this. Thank god I am going out that night and drinking my sorrows away. And they serve champagne there at the Bridal salon too; Yum!
Has anyone started looking at BM dresses with the BM's present? Do you have an annoying member? Should I make just one of them try it on and let the others see? What sort of style are you going with?
FYI, this is the dress that I am looking to go with. I <3 it!! I think I may let them do their own accesories too.
My annoying BM thinks its revealing. But she lives in tshirts and jeans. Thats not revealing. I could have did the backless dress that I loved but she nearly vomited when I showed her.

i dont even know whats gonna happen when i go for BMs dresses....
do i have to bring them n have all 8 of them tellin me different things they like????
i have 3 girls that are like 5'0, one that is 5'11, one with a size FF chest.... i dont know how im gonna accommodate all of them and still pick a style that I LIKE ( which actually is similar to the pic on here!!!)

that dress is very pretty. do you hav slim girls cuz that looks like it may show too much if they are heavy, material looks slinky

Love the dress! Sexy but not at all revealing! She should be happy you are not putting her in a hideous matronly frock like some brides do bc they do not want anyone to steal their thunder

I am going to really give the girls an option on the type of dresses they feel comfortable in.

i would suggest trying to have them all choose a style they agree on.....but bc of their differences that might not be possible...be prepared to abandon the same style idea if you have too....good luck

thank u for the advice....i was already wondering like if i could find a dress that i like but that they can choose either spaghetti straps, strapless, halter...somethin like that so they choose whats comfortable, but overall its the same dress

I haven't started that yet. I already know i'm going to say, 'here is the color, here is the fabric.. go'
And let them each choose their own dress. I have too many girls that are different sizes and shapes to have everyone wear the same dress

I am also going to do that. I don't want any of my friends to feel uncomfortable...I also think it looks great when the BP wears different dresses, makes everyone look like their beautiful, unique selves!

omg! i was between that dress and another jim hjelm gown for my bridal party.....it truly is a stunning gown and all my girls loved it but I ended up with another jim hjelm.....I believe the price I got was $240ish for that dress. The back is what makes it.
