I met with Laura from LA Productions last night. What a sweetheart!! Anyway, FH and I had 'settled' on a particular invitation, but Laura showed us the KOZA invitation line, which is so unique. We chose two, but are having a very difficult time choosing one or the other. So here are my options with pro's and con's listed. Please let me know what you think
Invitation 1 Con - No inner envelope, no return address printing Pro - 3 dimensional, VERY formal, really nice crinkle effect, same postage as regular invite, save money on calligrapher inner envelope charge, WOW appeal
Invitation 2 Con - Not 3 dimensional, not sure if it says 'Diva' Pro - about $100 cheaper than the first invite,the border has a soft velvet feel, very formal, burgandy color gives it a royal look

Jenn, I love both, but I'm gonna vote for #1. It said WOW to me. The other one reminded me of an invite for a winter wedding, which isn't a bad thing, but my initial reaction to the first one outweighs the second.

I LOVE #1!!! I like #2 but at first glance it king of reminded me of X-Mas. I think #1 is very Diva!

I LOVE #1. I have never seen an invite like that and it's gorgeous...I'm not a fan of red or burgundy so #2 was not a choice for me.

I love #1. It definitely says 'Diva' more than #2.
My invitations don't have an inner envelope either, but I didn't worry about it - less work for me!

I think #2 is SO Diva! It's just stunning - I really think the color and texture give it a WOW appeal.
#1 is pretty, and certainly very well made, but it does not wow me as much or say Diva as much.
Either one will be stunning - you have good taste.
I like #2 more because of the way you described the velvet feel.

The great thing is, you can't go wrong. They are both beautiful!!
I love the color of the 2nd invite--very Diva, very 'fabulous'
The first one is really elegant too....

The first one is so elegant. There's something very regal about it. It looks like an invitation fit for royalty.

If your wedding colors involve red, then the second one would be appropriate. But the firs one is my favorite!

Well, FH and I are leaning toward the 1st one because its so unique. But the $100 difference is a lot between the both of them. Im really torn, I dont know what to do. Unfortunately, I agree with EVERYONE's opinion. Good news is Im glad everyone liked them. At least I know I cant go wrong with either one!!
