I hear ya. I have a few things to iron out too. I wasn't thrilled with the beer that's offered but I'm debating whether it's worth an additional $3 a person just for Mich Ultra or whatever. I thought of a few other questions after I left too that I have to go over.
Get excited though. I'm sure they'll help you figure everything out and your day will be fabulous. Yippee!!![]()
That is really sweet of you. I definitly will try! Have a great weekend...and enjoy the planning. Your month is almost here too.

If he won't throw it in - you should consider asking him if you pick it up and drop it off will they serve it. That way you would only be paying $2/beer at most instead of everyperson.

Yeah, I was thinking of that too! Always the frugal beer drinkers, right? LOL.

Re: The Official Woodbury Country Club Thread
Hi all! I just found this post...I am a Woodbury bride too and so excited. It is so pretty that when FH and I went to book it, we didn't want to leave! April 29th seems so far away!So those of you who had the upstairs room, did your guests travel outside at all during cocktail or reception? I want my guests to enjoy the beautiful grounds (it's half the reason we picked the place!), but I also don't want them disappearing for hours and missing the fun inside!

I had asked this when I went for my tasting. I felt like WCC tried to discourage having rehersal on a different day (recommending we do it the day of, which wouldn't be bad if I didn't mind seeing FH before the ceremony but in my case I don't want to) but eventually the said that's fine. Basicaly if you do it, it needs to be during the week on a night that they don't have anything going on (obviously weekends are packed with events). So it sounds like we'll need to keep on top of setting this up because it's not the norm.

Re: The Official Woodbury Country Club Thread
I know I obvioulsly need to call my BM on this but I thought I'd throw it out there. Have any of you thought about changing the little lamp on the tables at the CH (inside CH not outside)? I think I'm going to switch them out and put little votive candles.... Thoughts?

Re: The Official Woodbury Country Club Thread
I'm providing floating candles for the tables at my CH. I'm actually having my CH outside but I'm sure they'll let you switch it up if you like as long as you give them the votives for the tables.

That is great and i am glad you posted.
For the rest of you future WCC brides, I found out last week I have to do menu cards if I want them. They don't provide them or at least they didn't for me.

Don't think they provide them in general. I'm making mine also. I don't mind, but I'm probably going to get hungry as I'm doing them.

Re: The Official Woodbury Country Club Thread
Does anyone know how much earlier you can come before the wedding to take pics? Our ceremony start time is 6:30. And I am hoping to get pics in with good sunlight and minimal shadowing.

Re: The Official Woodbury Country Club Thread
which room are u girls using? We're using the one with the outside cocktail hour option. They are actually redoing the reception room right now. I did perfer the upstairs room, but for pics i like the area with the bigger pool area.
