I am about to decide between 2 places and for some reason I looked online at the Riviera and it looks beautiful. Before I eve call to go, does anyone have quotes they can send me to see if its even in the ballpark with my 2 others? We are mostly looking at Sept but I will take any quotes since I have quotes for all different months from these places - date wasn't too important as long as price was good. We liked the sept price these 2 places gave so that's why I say sept. Thanks!!

I'm getting married at the riviera on Sept 27 which is a Sunday in the evening. They have us a minimum of 90 and quoted us at 70 a head. With taxes and service fees it came to 91.11pp with vendors and children half price. They also threw in chocolate fountain and champagne chart!

Hi Lehcar, I am getting married on Dec. 20 at Sunday too. I wanted the dec. 19 but apparently, somebody booked it on the day I was about to book it. Grrrrr. Do you know If the drapes with lights are included in the venue? How about the uplighting?

I'm not sure about up lighting but I believe that is the responsibility of DJ. As for drapes with lights, those are from their in-house florist. For me, the price wasn't worth it. If there was a wedding in front of me, they wanted 400 for the lights because they would have a limited time to get them up but if they had time to put them up, they quoted me at 200. Aside from the lights, the florist that they provide isn't too expensive. Hope that helps!

They are so great at the Riviera! I am booked there 11/27/15 and got a great price for a Friday night. They threw in a couple freebies and are VERY VERY willing to work with you on your payment schedule (which helped us since fh and I are paying for everything). I worked with Paul when booking. Uplighting is not included since they don't have any built in, but they do include (small) centerpieces for free, and their florist will work with you to upgrade if you don't like what they offer for free, and you'll only have to pay the difference. I highly recommend!!

Also they are negotiable with your down payment. We only paid 1/2 of what they were asking as a deposit.

I know, the price for drapes was a little crazy. Therefore, I opted out of it. Just not worth it to me. I'm actually going for a tasting tomorrow night! I'll have to let you all know how it went!
