Im in tears right now. I can't believe this. I called today to see if my video was ready only to find out my videographer had some kind of malfunction with his camera and there was no footage on the video. It sounds like a bunch of crap to me but Im too disturbed to figure it out.
He was great at the wedding and video everything. He even had a big monitor that showed what he was taping how could this be.
He states he will be returning my money in full but I don't have those memories I was so looking forward to seeing. Im so upset right now.

OMfreakingGOD. I dont know what I would do if I was in ur shoes. The money is not even the issue right now. He will never be able to return those memories. I am really sorry Lisa

We are so sorry to hear about this. The videographer should have check his camera before hand and had a back up camera just in case.

im so sorry. that is terrible. but, try to keep your head up. there is nothing that can be done, so enjoy your pictures and you and DH will have those memories forever!

that is soooo terrible i know this probably wont help but with your pictures , maybe you can make a dvd slideshow with music and stuff. try and hang in there

This is really horrible Is there maybe SOME footage that's still available/salvageable?? Like Eliana said, the money isn't the issue, it's the memories etc.
