1. My crazy friggen neighbor who feels the need to knock on my door for any and every reason under the sun, and her 6 year old still in pull-ups. Once she knocked on the door to ask me if I get mold in my tub! And she told me a great solution!! I wanted to tell her that I prefer to mix ammonia and bleach and suggest she try it, with the door closed and no ventilation.
2. Not having a washer and dryer in my apartment, and having to walk outside around the building to do my laundry in no bra with yesterdays makeup all over my face.
3. The really big lady in the other building who wears BELLY SHIRTS.
4. The weirdos who put a lawn chair in the middle of the grass and chill out.
5. The strange foreign lady who kept her stairmaster outside for several months.
6. Whomever decides to put salsa music on at 11pm wayyyyyyyyyy too loud.
7. The maintenance man who let my dog out and decided not to say anything..... and I love the people a few blocks away who took her in and called me!
8. The disgusting food smells.
9.The lady who talks very loudly on her cell phone outside in front of MY apartment at night.... until the other night when the windows were open and I yelled, 'Talk in front of your own goddamn apartment.'

We lived in a apt back in PA and had PITA neighbors. 1-The loud a$$es- trampled up and down stairs and walked VERY loudly, slammed doors and woke us up out of a sound sleep EVERY night. It was only them- the previous 2 people that lived there never made a peep.. 2-Then there was the dude next door who insisted on playing his music so loud that we heard it over our tv and his bitchy-poo GF who would walk 3 units down and through mud just so she didn't have to pass you and say a cordial hello. (don't worry, I'm not gonna invite you over for tea and crumpets girly- you can just say hello- its what normal people do) 3-the maintenance men who would come in to 'fix' things when we were not home- meanwhile my unfolded laundry basket is sitting in the room with my inmentionables- haha
Now, we have the loud people behind us who seem to think its ok for the to play their music so loud it echoes and to cackle like a bunch of hyenas all night- keeping me up until after 2am.

lmao! i have to agree the apartment thing sux! laundry day is a nightmare walking around in your crappy sweats where everyone can see because all other cloths are dirty! the man above me used to work out on a weight bench so you could hear the weights clanking. and this was from 9-11 pm! (ps took us forever to figure out the noise it sounded like he was bowling!) the new people upstairs like to get up at 5 am and walk back and forth 80 times and take real long showers so i have to listen to the water hitting the floor!! the kids that live across the street like to party and drive mommys car when she`s out with daddy and blast music all night when i have work in the am! hmmm i think thats all i can think of right now!!

Its crazy, me and FH both lived together in an apartment at first, it was our first place on our own. and we had a doorman, washer and dryer in our apartment, dishwasher, and an oceanview with a balcony!! and i had a walk in closet

Its crazy, me and FH both lived together in an apartment at first, it was our first place on our own. and we had a doorman, washer and dryer in our apartment, dishwasher, and an oceanview with a balcony!! and i had a walk in closet
niceeee!!! thats like living the high life compared to us! the best thing i`ve got to comepare to that is a gate house where people have to check in before the can come in. lol. i`d love to have the washing machine in my own unit it would make life so much easier but i guess you get what you get!!!! lol

awwww kim i feel your pain! i was in a basement untill this past feb (we were there 2 years) although we didn`t hear mice we had a constant curry smell we didn`t have out own thermo so we were alwasy boiling and we could here the 2 grown adults running around the house at all hours of te night and the phone ringning!!

Okay, this woman sits in her house all day, (so do I, but, that's not the point). She only leaves to go across the street to buy scratch offs, that she buys with our tax money. She stops FH yesterday to tell him that her mother is expecting a package and if it gets delivered for us to take it in. (WHY DO YOU NEED US TO DO THIS??? YOU SIT ON THE SAME ARM CHAIR ALL DAY..... well, to be fair, she probably goes back and forth between arm chair and couch). She just knocked on my door to tell me that we don't need to worry, the package came yesterday. (WELL, THANK GOD, I WAS UP ALL NIGHT WORRYING ABOUT IT!!! I CAN FINALLY SLEEP!!!!)
Lady, I don't care, I don't like you, and I would appreciate it if I could walk outside, and not have your 7 year olds (who is still in diapers) toys all over the goddamn place. I'd also like it if I could stop living in fear that if I leave the house, you will corner me with another piece of your mundane bullsh1t.
I think I might have a breakdown.

Don't get mestarted on my landlord... she comes in WHENEVER she feels like it, whether we invite her in or not. She came in while I was on the toilet, while I was sleeping, while I was showering...
Oh, and one day I was dowstairs and I walked up to get in the shower and there were three mexicans just standing in my living room. She told them they could just come in if they needed to.
OH HELLL NOOOOOOO!! I WOULD NOT BE HAVING THIS AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously, there are no words to express this lady. I invite everyone here, to see exactly what she is like. There is nothing I can compare her to. It makes my head hurt just thinking about her.
I just heard her outside talking to the mail man. Telling him about 'that time I was waiting for a check, and I kept on calling the post office.' The post office DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. And, if I worked there, I'd wipe my azz with your check.
Even the maintenance guys try and hide from her!!!!! (I'm not kidding, they told me this, when they were here replacing the air conditioner and she knocked on my door and asked them to borrow their tools. Her + tools = ER visit, for sure.)

Her kid used to walk right into my apartment. (I used to keep the door unlocked when I was home.....). Then, after I began locking it, he would open the mail slot in the door and look in. I had a Raymour & Flanagan ad taped to the back of my door for months.
She also feels the need to alert the mailman when we are away for the weekend, and take my mail in. I have a goddamn slot in the door, the mail can sit on the floor until we return!!!
