How did your family react to this? We have made that desion, and I think it has upset some.

It's one of those 'non-negotiables'! They're not paying for your wedding, so don't let them influence you!

We're not having ANY kids at all. My family has a lot of kids and so does FH. We would be adding like 25-30 heads if we included children.

People are typically annoyed when they get to a 'no kids' wedding and they notice that there are some kids around.... I think it'll blow over better once people get there and realize there are truly no kids allowed, no exceptions!

FH was adamant - no children at wedding or reception.

I'm going to try to get him to allow my friend's 2 kids to come to the wedding just because their mom is my bridesmaid.

But I tend to agree with him.

I'm just a bit worried that one of my friends won't be able to come since her baby will be 2 months old by then and I don't know if she will be breastfeeding or not.
