THREAD- Where did you meet FH/FW/DH/WF?!

I'm sure this topic has been covered, but I haven't seen it...

We met at work, I was a bartender, he was the chef. He was hired the day after me!

Love @ AOL! I posted an ad & he answered...even before I had my picture up. The only reason I answered him was because he was the ONLY guy who didn't ask me for a picture!

After we met, he told me if he had seen my picture first, he would not have responded to my ad...he would have thought I was 'out of his league'! Silly man...he's the greatest guy I've ever met!!!!

I met my FH in college - I asked him out! He was a freshman and I was a sophomore - I scooped him up right away!

Well, at a bar, but only technically. We apparently graduated from the same high school, the same year, and I had NO idea who he was. But he claimed he had a huge crush on me back then. I didn't believe him until I got home and looked in the year book. He was with all of my high school friends the night I met him, and I was like, 'hello, if you've always known him, how come I never have?' And they all said, 'Oh please, he was a total dork back then, no one knew him!' Nice, right?

My FH was a manager of a video game store. I kept going in to buy games and we would always talk and flirt but he never asked me out. Finally one day after I left his store I was totally bummed that he didnt ask me out so I went back into the store a few mins later. He asked 'Did you forget something' and I said 'No you did. You forgot to ask me for my phone number'. then I went to the counter and put a piece of paper w/ my # on it. We went out the next day and have been together ever since.

121502 - My story is similar...we met at a club but he remembered me from college SUNY Buffalo -I don't remember him but he remembered me the rest is history....

my closest & dearest girlfriend (the one you can call at 3am LOL) introduced us

We both love the medival era - so we began writing back & forth & made one story line.

It still astounds us when we read it back sometimes( i printed each, & bounded them all, abt 40 short stories in all) how the story reads as if one person wrote it.

so the one story line eventually turned into...........One Love
