today is a LIW house bid day!!! updated with some pics!!

We have been dealing with a total scheister on a FSBO townhouse...but our RE agent is awesome...and got us the price and deal we wanted!!!

our bid was accepted tonight for a 3 story townhouse!!!! (in La Jolla...for those that know San Diego)

our fixer upper never came through...so we decided to withdraw and accept this one!!!

I hear you can sometimes get a better deal with FSBO but the whole process would make me a bit nervous too. Glad it's all working out

ETA: Since it is a FSBO, do you have to come up with your realtor's commission? How else does he/she get paid?

When frank and I were in San Deigo last May, we went to La Jolla (he kept laughing at me cause i kept pronouncing it as LA HALLA ) and we LOVED it there, i love all the shopping there and the beach, its beautiful.. CONGRATS AGAIN!!!

I love La Jolla, I have been there 2 for business. I love San Diego. It's so beautiful. Isn't just as expensive as LI?
