i went for my fourth fitting today... and after three hours of arguing and lots of tears.... everyone (including the owner) agreed that they are going to have to order me a new dress... and my wedding is next sunday

OMG!!! Rosemarie I am so sorry that this wedding is causing you so much stress and heart ache after all the drama you had to go through to get to this point I am confident that you will get a gorgegous replacement gown and hopefully you will also get a full refund for the ruined gown

I'm so sorry. I had a bad experience with my dress at Kleinfelds also. In the end, they did come through. I'm sure they will do everything they can to get you another dress. I wouldn't worry about the altering if they get u a new one-they'll get that part done if they have to keep someone around the clock. I would be stern and let them know that they better come through!-I'm sure the last thing they would want would be negative press. They should be doing EVRYTHING in their power, even if it means them losing $$$$. It will work out
