i had mine out when i was 22 and i will say that while it was good bc i dont get sick that much anymore...it was a longer recovery than if i had gotten them done as a kid. they told me it would be 1 week for recovery but it was more like 2 or so.

Oh no! Honestly though - you should feel so much better after you get them out. Had mine out right after college b/c I was always sick (I mght have mentioned above)- and it worked like a charm.

Thanks girls...the good thing is I am a teacher and I have the whole summer to recover and rest. I am just going to miss a few weeks of wedding planning, but as soon as I feel better I will get the ball rolling again!
