Has anyone else had a difficult time connecting with Travel Tom? We've gone back and forth through email and everytime I call he's unavailable!

I'm about to give up on him...
It's a shame bc I've heard of sooo many girls who've had a positive experience.

i had a difficult time with him in general to be honest.

if you need a new travel agent i can give you my TA's info. they were great and actually got me a better deal than Tom did

We used Travel Solutions by Marcia, and got a fantastic price. She was great to work with, very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. If you are having trouble reaching whomever you were planning to use, you should give her a shot

i personally LOVE Travel Solutions by Marcia.
I dealt with Leslie to book and it was seriously the best/easiest part of my wedding planning, it was fun, easy, and she talked me through everything and i got a GREAT deal.
After booking we kept in touch and when it came time to finalize details Marcia called me. I thought it was cool that the president of the company (no matter how small or whatever) calls to chat with her clients. she is wonderful and sweet as well.
I have recomended them to EVERYONE i know who wants to go on vacation.

I spoke to him a couple of times, he will call you back or email you I will give him that so don't give up...but for me he wasn't too helpful and I booked my honeymoon for about $500 less than he quoted me by doing research and doing it on my own. When I called him back about the price difference he just told me he couldn't help me and to book on my own.

Just wanted to say that I agree with joshisgirl, I spoke to him and he was very accomodating and polite...but I was able to do everything on my own by expedia....and they offer travel insurance too!

I would try to get a hold of him, but keep your options open, you might be able to work it out for yourself if you have the patience to do a little online research! We did, and our honeymoon was beautiful!!
