I had an idea and would like your feedback. Please only answer/vote if you plan on going to TWOTY.
Should we; 1) Post the tickets for sale around 10pm on a random weeknight and whoever gets them, gets them? 2) Allow everyone who wants to go to TWOTY register over a 24 hour period of time - then have the computer select 200 people randomly?
I thought of this in an attempt to be fair to everyone who would like to go.
Either way there will be one table only for newlyweds.

They will have 1 to 2 more TWOTYs to go to! Us 2011 girls will only have this one.
Seems sort of unfair
Escpially since only 8 2011 girls got to go last year, 2010 got all the tix somehow.
But I think if they have enough posts, they've earned their right to go just as much as 2011'ers have. I'd rather a 2012er who's been here as long as I have get to go over a 2011'er who has been logged on for a month with 300 posts. That wouldn't be fair either.
ITA..I think the more you particapate is what really matters.

Do we find out in advance how many post we need or do we have to keep our fingers crossed to hope we will have enough? I mean I haven't been on for a month yet so I'm trying to be as active as I can.

I do kinda agree with an above poster to limit the number of 2012 and 2013 brides...BUT, (again personally), my job sucks and just cause TWOTY might be on a weekend...its a high probably that i would be working. I doubt i'm the only one in this poopie situation with work. So although i have 2 or 3 more TWOTYs to attend, i still need to be ABLE to get off from work and go.
Also, how would that even work, wouldnt people just lie and switch their date? Obviously i wouldnt cause i've been pretty vocal about my 2013 wedding

I didnt mean to be a pest I just think if Newlyweds are limited ... then girls who would have future opportunities to go would also be. If I had joined a while back I would have been okay with that.
Us 2011 girls, with an appropriate number of posts of course, should get first 'dibs' ya know?

Also keep in mind that you are considered a newlywed if your wedding is anytime before the month TWOTY is held.
