** UPDATE ** FUMINGGGG

I just got off the ophone with our hotel where we have our room block .......

i was told when we signed our contract ppl would be able to book rooms, then my guests started to call and they were told not till a year out.
ok fine, so after the year mark my guests started to call again, again they were told they couldnt until november 1st.
So today guests started to call again, and for the 3RD TIME they are told they are unable to book and they need a group number

now everytime they are told they cant book i get a sh*t load of text messages and phone calls from my guests asking y ....... it is so annoying.

so i called them up and they are like ohh there is a problem in our system, ummm so tell ppl that when they are calling, dont just say u cant book bc then i have to deal with them and i dont have answers.

and i asked them about the group number, she was like there is no group number .......

im like seriously u need to tell ppl how to do there job .......

sorry just venting about something that is probably stupid but just aggrevated the crap out of meeee

** UPDATE

so my dad just got off the phone with the hotel and they are saying they have no signed contract and we arent even in the system, he was like r u kidding me i have a signed contract in front of me right now ....... needless to say he ended up hanging up on them bc the other woman barely spoke english and kept saying ' sir sir u dont understand' he was like yes i do YOU DONT UNDERSTAND ........

so we are driving out there tomorrow
