My parents are really not doing well with my lil stupid sis leaving and 'disowning' my family.

I think i should be here for them

so, i dont think im going to post for a while

thanks girls for all your kind words
i talked to my parents and they want me to get married in October.

I just dont know about not living here anymore and 'making sure everything is okay'

and it ***** bc the only person i ever envisioned being my MOH ever was my sis

So, wedding planning had been so lonesome and bittersweet for me.

yes i know i shouldnt 'parent' my parents I just feel bad bc they've given me everything. I want to be there for them in a way. i cant explain it

I am really sorry to hear about your plans being postponed. I am going through a smilar situation with my younger brother and I know how hard it is to get excited about the wedding when there is so much drama in the family. Hang in there!!

That is so awful! It is great of you to want to be there for your family but make sure that it tis the right thing to do. Don't put your life on hold to console your family over your sister. She didn't think of you when she made her decision.

Jess, oh no, what happened??? I really hope everything works out and that you don't have to postpone the wedding. I think its admirable that you want to be there for your parents, but speak to them about it and see how they feel about you postponing the wedding - they might not want that for you!
