URRRRRRR Mad re: Hair Salon

I just called now to set up an appt AT A SALON for July, well the lady tells me, we can fit you in at 10 (they open at 830, the time I would need). I said I'm sorry I could only do 830 or at the very latest 9, she said, well we have steady customers and wouldn't be able to accommodate you.

WTH!?!!?!?

Now what do I do?

I need help out in the Middle Island/Rocky Point/area.....early in the am.

My problem is, its only ME getting ready....so going to a salon is easier (& more cost effective)

Thats totally absurd! Three months in advance they can't give you an appointment? You should ask to speak to a manager!

I agree! Maybe they can ask one of their steady customers to change times just that THAT day since they have a BRIDE coming in? Or... speak to the hairstylist herself... maybe she can come in earlier or go to your house before work?

Can't you try another salon? It seems like plenty of other salons would be able to accommodate you 3 months in advance.

Why can't they accomodate you, I mean you are booking friggin' THREE months in advance. . . they can't get it together by then

I know, like their 'regular' customers schedule their haircuts three months in advance? I find that hard to believe!!

Yeah, sounds like they have a stick up their A$$. I would go somewhere else. You have time to research.

I know, at this point I'm like F-them....the problem is my parents are out in the middle of nowhere & its not like a centralized location w/ lots of options.

I know a place not far from Rocky Point. It's in Miller Place the name is House of Style in the shopping center right next to Ruby Tuesday's with the Subway in it. Not sure of the phone number. Use to be LaCombe. Ask for Tracy
