Are you ladies dedicating a table for your vendors for dinner? Are you mixing them w/ guests? What's the plan?

my band told me they don't eat so the only people i have to sit are the photographers. i might just throw them at a small table in the corner - we'll see though i'm not sure what CHCC does.

I'm sure Carol and Chris are wonderful to sit with... I wouldn't mind that...
Nah but I asked my FH as he used to work at Terrace on the Park back in the days and he said that the vendors usually were in the kitchen or in another area eating. They didn't eat with the invited guests.

I was at a wedding recently and I actually saw the staff seat and give plates to the photographer, videographer and dj at a table in the cocktail hour room. I actually like this idea. I dont really want them mixed in with my guests, but I also want them to be comfortbale eating.

I'm assuming that the vendors (photogs and DJs) will probably eat in the indoor CH area while the guests are in the main room eating.
