Vent... Bridesmaids!

I'm finding it so hard to get all of my bridesmaids to order their dresses! Most of them are fine, but some of them are giving me problems and it's really bothering me because the bridal shop told me they should be ordered in January to be here in time for the wedding... one girl tried to find it online cheaper and wanted to order it seperately from everyone else (it was only a $10 difference mind you). Now another girl is telling me she's way too busy to make it to any bridal shop to get measured now. So I told her to just buy a tape measure and have someone measure herself really quick and call in the measurements. (It's tax season, she's an accountant, I can understand that) Most of them are from out of town so they are all calling their measurements in. Some of us are going to a bridal shop in Pittsburgh today because they want to try it on and get their measurements. Just I can't understand... if you don't have time to go try on the dress now... just measure yourself, call in the measurements, and try it on later. At least order it. It's not like if you try on the dress and you don't like it i'm going to change the dress.
