Vent-Going Nuts

Its been 4 months living with FIL's and i just cant take it. I cant vent to FH cause they arent doing anything wrong, its just i have no privacy, she always asks so many questions the second i walk in the door...its like she smells me. She is anal rententive with cleaning, which is good cause i could be living in squaller, but im not like that at all.

I am ready to go off the deep end...i just wish i could have a few minutes to myself when i walk in the door.
They are awlays home, cause they work out of the house.
So there is never alone time for me.
I am in a small room, and with all my christmas gifts i have no where to put them. I brought them home last nite and they are in a room she DOES NOT use...and she tells me the 2nd i get in tonite that i have to put them away
WHERE DOES SHE WANT ME TO PUT THEM???????????????????????

I have 2 tiny drawers for my clothes and a 1/4 of a closet, the tiny room is filled with all their stuff.

Sorry to vent but i have no one else to turn to right now.

Deep breath! You'll get through it and will be in your new home soon!

Also, you might want to stash a bottle of booze in your bedroom

I lived with FMIL for a year and a half before we moved out.
I had NO SPACE, NO PRIVACY, and NO ALONE TIME!
she works from home too.

i can totally relate. vent as much as you can b/c keeping it in will make you crazy.

sorry things are so tough right now! I wish I had some good advice but honestly I would be going nuts too.

just remember THAT THIS IS ONLY TEMPORARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully you dont have too long til your in your new place..just use that as a 'light at the end of the tunnel' thing to get you through her nagging and your lack or privacy- haha

The house is coming along very fast, Its just not fast enough, it will be done by the wedding, but i think more like february we will be able to live in it, maybe even march.

I sleep on a pullout couch, from the 70's i forgot to add that.

They are nice people, and i cant tell FH they are driving me insane, so i just have to come on here to let it all out

Whenever i am down, Starbucks always makes me happy, its my cup of happiness, so i will go out around 9 to get a cup of goodness

I hope that the new house is ready sooner for you guys! I am so sorry that you have to go through that!

Btw- I heart Starbucks also - makes me feel good also when I need it.
