I have recieved many FMs about my post yesterday about 'who is still here'. Basically, there are alot of us on here that post when we feel we can add something, be helpful or are seeking help from others. We don't post on every thread and add our 2cents when the same thing has been said by 100 other girls.

I have read on threads that girls like me (stalkers I think we were called) should not just be reading posts but should be posting more often but the irony is, when I do post a new topic it doesn't seem to be read by many girls or responded to. Maybe it is because I am not in a clique, not the most popular girl on the board or what have you. Maybe it is just that no one can help on that subject. All I know is, I am a new wife trying to help others as I was helped once by many of you.

That is what this board is about to me!!

And you have every right to use the board as you wish.

My posts don't get nearly as many replies, but such is life. Those who reply to my 'good news' posts I appreciate. Those who don't will also get no reply from me (when it comes to sharing good news). If that makes me a baby, so be it. What goes around comes around. But I try to stay neutral and get along with everyone...Luckily there are plenty of women on here who offer a kind word or a shoulder to lean on when Im in need, and I try to do the same for them.

You have an excellent point. Sometimes I don't reply to good news because I think, 'who will care if they get one more CONGRATS?' but I now know, after posting a review of my wedding and getting few responses, that it pretty much SUCKS.

Rachel, please don't feel that away about your wedding review post. I didn't realize that people kept close track of that kind of thing. I personally read EVERY review of weddings that I see, but I almost never respond to them becuase I feel strange posting the same one or two word response that many others have already posted. But I am off to find your post and respond

I agree with you Becky 100%. I usually don't post one or 2 words that many have posted on either but some interpret that negagtively and in response don't respond on threads you post.
