I don't see too many Villa brides on here..I know its not everyone's #1 choice but it had been my dream place since I was a little girl :) ...believe it or not I wanted East Wind, he wanted Majestic Gardens & this was a place we both agreed on :) I guess being 100% Italian, & marrying one as well.. this would be of course, THE PERFECT place for us to have our wedding!! ...& as we all know the food is amazing!! haha

I wanted to start a thread of future or past bride's to share good or bad experiences to help us :)

My first question..is about the cake..I read on here that we are told it is included in the pricing, only to later find out we only have a few to choose from that are not very attractive & if you dont like those they charge you for an upgrade?? anyone know about this?? & how much is the so called upgrade??

Oh and a little word of advice about the cake....make sure they give you the top tier when you leave! They never gave it to us!

I never said anything. I think I realized after my HM and by that time it was too late to do anything. I will just have to make DH and I a delicious Funfetti cake on our anniversary!!

Mine was outside but from what i understand they do it in whatever room you arent having your reception. Im sure it will be beautiful!

yes I'm sure it will be. I always pictured myself getting married outside near the water or in a garden but due to a budget don't think that is gonna happen.

We were on a budget and we decide to do a sunday afternoon in July to save money. This might be something you might want to consider if you really want an outside ceremony.
