My step sister's wedding was there 2 years ago-the food was to die for, and the scenery and service was amazing! Congrats to all you ladies getting married at Vineyard Caterers!

we went for our tasting a few months ago; it was great! they gave us those sheets with the choices for the menu on it... when does that get finalized? i'm having someone do our menus for us, so i kind of want to get that out of the way?
oh, and the cake... does anyone know what kind of choices they give you?

I was so excited to do it that I pretty much had it done within a week. Why aren't you choosing the menu? Do you mean your having someone write up the menu?????

The cake selection is insane... We had about 30 differnt fillings to choose from as well as cake flavor and side to serve.

I had cannoli filling with yellow cake and choclate covered strawberries and truffles.

Everything there was excellent.

yes, we're having someone design and print menus for us. the cake sounds amazing!! i sooo want chocolate covered strawberries and truffles mmm, i cannot wait to pick that. i think i may call bill this week and see about finalyzing the menu if they don't mind... the less i have to do at the very end, the better. i'm already stressing out and i still have 2 months to go!

ours is 110pp for a sunday in october. if i remember correctly it was 125pp for a sat night

Does anyone know if the arbor is decorated to your color or does your florist puts an arch in and decorates it?

We actually lucked out because the arbor was already decorated from the wedding before in pink and my colors were pale pink and fuschia. But ended up having a beautiful ceremony inside because the grounds were alittle soggy out.

But if you want a certain color guarenteed then you have your florist set it all up.There not responsible for that part.

For all of you who are having out of town guests, how long in advance did you block rooms at a hotel? Which hotels did you look into and were the prices reasonable? If i heard right, i thought bill said some of the hotels provide transportation to and from the reception. Does anyone know how this works if it is true? I really do not want to worry about people driving after all of the drinking that will be going on, you know...
