I know Viva Juan's in Huntington burned down a while ago, but they re-opened in Centerport. Has anyone been to their new location? How's the food, drinks, atmosphere?

Thanks! Hoping to plan a girls night there soon, but I hadn't heard anything about their new location.

It's right by the Thatched Cottage.. The parking is HORRIBLE!!!!! I went early on a Saturday night (5:30-6) and it wasn't bad, but as we were leaving, there was a line down 25A of cars waiting to park.... Some people had reservations, but had missed them b/c they were on the line for more than 30 minutes waiting to park.. It's only Valet....

was that the one on 25A that did karaoke? Or the other Mexican restaurant in Huntington that burned down? just wondering because the one that wasn't on 25A was where my FH and I met, and I can never remember the name!

I went there a few weeks ago. It was the same. They have a room upstairs where they do the karakoe but we were in the back away from it so we didn't even see them just heard them.
The downstairs is ok too. thats where they have a band playing. It's just that you look out into the pk lot. I mean your view is the back of a car! Food was good and drinks were good. Their sangria wasn't great but it was ok.

Yeah the on 25a was the one that had the Karoke. The new one is a lot of fun. It is usually pretty crowded and lively (at least when I have gone). The food is good and the karokee there is stronger than ever. I think you guys would have fun.
