Wanted to share some wonderful news with you all!!!!!!

DH and I are expecting...........to close on our house January 29!

We sign our homeowner's insurance policy Thursday night with Statefarm and then from there, the banker's lawyer said we can schedule the closing for January 29! YAY!

So, I'll be packing and moving in less than 2 weeks! YAY!

Everything and anything is possible in this market!!! Good luck with your searches! I honestly, never ever thought that we could afford to buy a home! Last year at this time, I was planning a wedding, not saving for a house, but things happen when you least expect it!
