Was there a defining moment....

I remember it very clearly. FH & I were friends in college & both of us were in relationships. We both knew there was an attraction between us but he never acted on it bc he as being a gentleman. I remember calling him one Monday night & saying 'I am falling in love with you but I need to end my relationship w/my current boyfriend before I can actually pursue you' He though I was kidding & told me that he would believe it when he saw it. Needless to say, 2 days later I called him to tell him 'I'm all yours if you want me!' After that moment, we were inseparable & the little things he did just reassured me that he was 'the one' & I made the right choice

YES..the calling after the first date was a key moment in our relationship too..God knows that is RARE!!

Man are we a bunch of Hoo-ahs (as Momma Goldi would say). I am so tempted to say 'Hey Mom! Did you know I schtupped Ed on the first date?'

Les, I find out we have more in common every day! My mom also refers to 'women of the night' as Hoo-ahs instead of whores! It must be a generational thing!
