I just got an update email from them stating 'we can't remove all stains.' Did anyone have this happen to them on their dress?
I know the bottom was pretty dirty and I had spilled champagne on the top, but not sure what to make of their email....
What was your experience w/ them.

I didn't use them but am also curious to know. It's a year later and my dress is still hanging up in my bedroom!

i used them but never got an email like that. the dress came back perfectly and i have no complaints about them.
i guess they're just trying to let you know that they can't get all the dirt/stains out so they want you to be surprised

I didnlt get an e-mail but I believe I got the dress back with a note saying that there were some very small stains along the bottom hem that they could not remove. I'm wasn't worried because I know it wasn't bad to begin with.
