Ahh, I'm all over the place! How are you guys organizing all your wedding ideas/vendors/everything???

09ner crashing... I have a wedding planner that I keep all the important things in, like contracts, contacts and reciepts. I use a notebook to keep all my ideas, list of people to invite, info on different vendors I want to see, shops and my budget. Pretty much anything I need gotting down. HTH I also have a box full of pics form magazines, magazines and anything I got from vendors that I may want to look into. The computer I have LIWEDDINGS,lol.

I have a box full of the stuff I get in the mail, along with ideas from magazines... and I have my RH folder with my contract... beyond that, I got nothing.

i have a small pretty/very journal (with guest names, vendors to look into, more RH's to look at), a binder with all the stuff I got in the mall i was interested in or the info from the RH's, and on my comp i have all my pictures organized into folders.
i am so anal about organization so this way helps me out.

i have a binder with dividers that i keep contracts, contact info, guest lists, thank you lists and what not all in. i bought a wedding planner and havent used it yet..its so big and hard to carry around

i bought a book about bridal planning that is actually an organizer too and i've got three accordian folders and computer files, lol

I strongly reccoment excel for bugeting and lists (guests, presents, check list) Also I had a small binder with all of my contracts in them.

i have one binder that i have all my contracts in and then i have another binder that i call my ideas binder that has pictures of dresses i like for me and bms, suits that i like, flowers, just different things that i would like to incorporate into the wedding.

we havent booked anything yet so i dont have any contracts yet but im sure i will have a binder with plastic sheets (everything in my lfe is a binder with plastic sheets-- school, lesson plans.. EVERYTHING! )
my FH is excel spread sheeting everything!! so i have a file on my computer with all budget sheets, RH lists, questions to ask RH, vendors we want to see.. i also have a folder on my computer with pictures of things i like, hair, dresses, flowers etc. FH ordered me a bunch of bride magazines so im sure i will be ripping things out of them and put them in a binder with plastic sheets!

i have a binder with everything... dividers, plastic sheets for the important stuff like contracts... its a great thing and can even serve as a wedding memory!

I have a binder with plastic sheets that hold pics from magazines with ideas that I like.
I also have a tri fold accordian folder that has room for business cards, a legal note pad and a pen. I haven't really used this yet. The only things in there are my receipts, budget lists, and contracts.
I also have a huge accordian craft portfolio which holds all my precious paper that will be used to make my STD's, invites, programs, and escort cards.
And then I have my spreadsheets on the computer.
And above all this, I have my brainstorming notebook which pretty much stays in my purse all the time (never know when you're gonna get those great ideas!)
I'm a perfectionist and an over-organizer..what can I say! It keeps me from being a bridezilla!

I have a binder with plastic sheets and notations, and several computer files with addresses, budget updater, countdowns, savings required files, etc.
