Wedding Plaza in Baldwin

Has anyone gone there to try on gowns? If so how was the service and prices? They carry alot of the dresses I am looking for. Would be great if I can try them on in one big swoop.

I went there originally - I was really close to buying a dress I liked.

My opinion - for what its worth
I was ready to buy there, but I never got a warm fuzzy, the people here are in control and know what they are doing, feeling. Very nice people, but in hindsight, I found the ladies at Lillettes (accross the street) to be more professional and knowledgeable (sp?). I guess I had low expectations, and thought if they worked there that they knew what they were doing.....do I manke sense?

Totally understand. I went to Lillettes and Geri was honest and so informative. That is what I am looking for. She knew what dresses were not going to work with my height. I am a shortie. I will call and see if they carry any of the ones I am interested in.

I went to Geri, and she let me try on every dress I picked out, and then asked me to try 3 she picked for me - you know it - I chose one of hers

She is such a sweetheart

I had the same expereince that Lillettes. Karen let me pick a couple, she picked three. I ended up with the one she picked that I originally wasn't sure of when she pulled it. I put it on, and WOW.
They know their stuff

I am another shortie here and another Lillette's bride! I also worked with Geri and orderd my gown this past weekend - they are so nice, informative and professional and let me try on every gown I wanted even 2 and 3 times- couldn't be happier with them!

Wedding plaza is good my girlfriend got her dress from there.

checkout Blanches Bridal in East Rockaway they are great.

Yeah I'm so excited now. I have an appt at Lillette's tomorrow. I think it's with Karen.

Well, I have a totally different opinion of the Wedding Plaza. I just recently purchased both my bridal gown and maids maid dress there and I could honestly say that they were absolutely wonderful. I found them to be both informative and very knowledgeable. A few of my friends and family members have used them in the past as well and have only good thing to say. Good Luck
