ladies, i was wondering what 'new and hip' wedding trend did you just NOT WANT?
i'll go first. the funny thing is that mine is mostly an 'old traditional' trend... no bouquet toss and no garter toss (not enough sinlges at the wedding to justify).

I agree with everyone elses list and would like to add that I am not doing the 'something old, something new, something blue' thing either. Def no tiara, no cry packs, no petal cones (church doesn't allow rose petals anyway), no I do letters, no bathroom basket or slipper basket, I didn't want the bouqet toss or garter toss but my mother and single MOH threw a fit when I said it, so I guess we'll have it.
Oh yea, no chocolate fountain. I keep having nightmares of little children running up and hugging me and there being two small chocolate handprints on my wedding dress. Or a bunch of drunk people dropping chocolate covered food everywhere and on everything and everyone. I'll pass thanks

we didnt have any cry packs we didnt do a bathroom basket poem thing we didnt have the viennesse hour - too much of a show and takes away from bride and groom we didnt do a petal cone toss thing.
aww no choc fountain for you nf622- we had one and we had kids at our wedding, it was awesome!!!
