Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....
Having those 35 flex for the weekend was like a godsend on some weekends! They make it much easier to follow when you work them to your advantage and use save them for when you need them!

Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....
This is all a wonderful coincidence for me as I am (re)starting WW again today!
What usually kills me is abstaining from alcohol. I like to go out after work w/ friends and often feel like I'm choosing between a meal or 2 glasses of wine.
I like the upthread suggestion of weighing in on saturday mornings...I might have to make it friday mornings ;)

Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....
Happy Tuesday everyone! How did yesterday go for everyone??
My monday went great, I am very proud of myself and I feel that I am starting out strong.
After doing the 3 mile walking tape yesterday morning, I ate well all day, and FH and I took a 45 min walk last night.
I did the 2 mile tape this morning cause I woke up late and didn't have time for the long one...but at least it was still movement!
Good luck to all of us for today!

Hi everyone! Hope everyone is having a great day!
My Monday was great! I was successful on my first day of WW. I ate my daily points target, and I earned 1 Activity Point that I did not use! I feel good....it's nice not to feel like crap from eating junk all day long!
Hopefully I will make it to the gym after work today....we'll see...

Hi all! Hope everyone is having a great day so far, and that yesterday went well also.
I had a great day yesterday. I am hoping today will go as well. I am going to FBIL and FSIL's house tonight with FH for dinner. He generally cooks healthy. I will make sure I have a lot of points left for dinner just in case.

Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....
Hi Girls!!!!!
Yesterday went well. I had 1/4 cup of Ice Cream to make up for 5 points I didn't use for dinner. It was insane and I felt guilty but I HAD TO!!!!!!!!
How do Activity Points work?

Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....
Activity Points are points you earn for exercising, which you can then exchange for food. For instance, yesterday I walked to work (20 minutes) and according to the online tracker - that is 1 activity point for me. So instead of having 20 points to eat yesterday, I was allowed to eat 21! (you don't have to eat the Activity Point however).

Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....
YOU WILL BE OK!! I used to go to Outback when I was on WW and I always got the Griller. It is so yummy. You can have it with grilled shrimp or chicken or even steak (I think)...it comes with veggies, pineapples, and seasoned rice! I used to eat all the veggies and shrimp first and try not to eat all the rice ( I am a carb addict)...that entree is totally countable!!
It is the outback bread and butter that kill me!
Good luck!

Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....
The griller???? I don't do seafood...I am allergic. I will have that with chicken and veggies. I will touch the rice but not a whole lot.
The bloomin' onion and the bread is gonna be bad!!!!!!!!!
Do you think if I just do the outback that I can get away with only using 35 points?

Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....
I think you will be fine. The thing abou tWW is that it is supposed to be a life change. IN life we are always going to have something that will come up...even if you save your flexpoints all week for the outback you will still have your 20 pts for that day too...so that is 55 pts all day...eat lite and you will be fine!
Good luck!

Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....
Thanks so much for all of your help! I do have a question about reading labels!
When I am calculating how many points something is....I need to have Calories, Fat and Fiber right?
Which #'s do I use? Total Fat? Calories from fat? Fiber perentage?
