For example:
I have a rice cake here and the label reads...
Calories 60 Calories from Fat 10 Total Fat 1g Total Fat (% of daily value) 1% Dietary Fiber 1g Dietary Fiber (% of daily value) 4%
Which should I be using?

The points finder slide goes according to dietary fiber grams, calories, and total fat grams so for the rice cakes it would be 1 point

Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....
1/4 of the bloomin onion is 6 points- NOT THAT BAD!!!!!
Here is a website that is AWESOME . . . If you go to Restaurants and then go to 'O' you will find the Outback points. I eat the Alice Springs Chicken for 16 points using my flex points- to me it is SO worth it, here I will give you the link to the entire website, and then to the Outback section:
6 points!!! whoa!!! that's a lot less than i thought....i take it back!!!!!!

I just started the WW online program this morning. I was on it once before and I lost about 10lbs, and it was great. Then I got engaged and forgot all about the meetings...I'm ready again.

Welcome mariecam! I hear you about getting engaged....I got engaged and all self control or concern for what I eat went out the window!!
Today is my 3rd day on WW! Yesterday was great - I stayed on points, and I went to the gym for an hour last nite!!! So excited.
Hope everyone has a great day!

Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....
It may just be mental but I feel good! I think eating right and exercising, even for 3 days, has me feeling a little better! Is that even possible! I know I am not fully detoxed but feeling good is a great motivation factor!
Hope everyone is doing well today!

Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....
Hi gals -
I have a points question! I had a veggie wrap from the deli for lunch. It was grilled veggies (carrots, peppers, portobello mushrooms, zuccinni and sundried tomatos...with some olive oil and balsamic vinagrette) in a whole wheat wrap. How many points do you think this would be? There are so many options for wrap and tortilla in the online tools! And how much should I count for the oil/vinagrette?
Thanks!

Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....
oil/vinaigrette is 1 point. My guess is 5 points total. ETA: The one from Subway is 4.5

Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....
that sounds about right...I try to NEVER eat/use oil anymore if I can help it...WW taught me that 1 tablespoon of oil is 4pts!! (canola is usually better) I usually only have vinegar or a different dressing on salad...but in your case with the wrap it was pre-mixed with the vinaigrette so I am sure it wasn't a lot.
Just had my 2pt rice krispies treat for snack and I am going to make it til dinner!
Good luck all!

My ww leader actually tells us to add Olive oil into our diets a few times a week for health benefits . . . I agree it is high in points though . . .

Hi Girls! It's Thursday! Dinner was great last night. I went to Pathmark and got some Smart One's meals and even some yummy looking Eclairs. I hope they taste as good as they look. :)
How is everyone else doing?

Heyyyyy!!!
Last night went well too! I had pasta and a little sauce, all within my points! Then Joe and I went to Fuel (a healthfood place) and got low fat protein muffins and small frozen yogurts. Delish!!
Anyway, I didn't exercise this morning so I feel a little guiltybut I wll try to go for a walk tonight!
