Just ignore if you don't want to read this... I have tried and failed WW now 6 times. I checked my bank balance yesterday and saw that WW had put through the online service (which I had approved and asked them for etc) and I took it as a sign to go ahead and give it one last go. ON top of that Fergie was on Larry King Live last night and she looks friggin fabulous...another sign.
So I need lots of support!!! Let's hang in there together. I'm getting married 9-6-03, so the way I figure it, I have about 34 weeks or so to lose 25-40 lbs, which can be done! HELP ME GIRLS!

Re: Weight Watchers...again
I guess I am lucky that I have FI on WW. He does all the calculating of points for me and does all the cooking. For example he has to eat between 30 and 35 points and I have to eat between 20 and 25 points so he puts what I will have in one container and what he will have in another. He plans our meals a day or 2 in advance. He's really good about our meals and the points

Re: Weight Watchers...again
a little too thin for me.... though is that her real skin tone or is it a tan. that i am jealous of. I dont tan very well. I spent about 3 months going to the tanning salon and i went to the beach and i barely looked like i had a tan. brian goes out in the sun for 10 minutes and he looks like he spent a week in the bahamas.
I am so jealous of those who can tan so well.

I doubt very much that her tan is natural. That is soooooooo salon!

Re: Weight Watchers...again
I agree with Octbride03 bodies like that i dont like. They look sick. My best friend's cousin was really really really skinny, i mean you could see her bones sometimes and i swore she was sick or had an eating disorder, but she didnt. she was just really skinny. To me it just looks so unhealthy

Thanks Theresa, but I think I'll just stick with trying to get rid of the chicken flab under my arms! FH wouldn't know what to do with me if I looked like that!!!!!!

Re: Weight Watchers...again
FH is so cute, he told me today that I look great no matter how much I weigh . He thinks that I am going a bit overboard on the food points counting thing, he is not a big diet believer. He is very lucky, as he can stay thin through excersize alone, he eats a ton and looks great. I have lost about 20 lbs in the past year, and he thinks that is more than enough- I am half Dominican, and he does not want me to lose my curves (a la Jlo, I can give her butt a run for its money, LOL).

I'm not a big frozen food gal but sometimes you just don't feel like making anything so I've discovered that Healthy Choice has some good picks, like the Fench Bread Pizza, only 6 points and much better than the Smart Ones Pizza. Most Healthy Choice foods have WW point values on the back of the boxes too.

Re: Weight Watchers...again
I havent even thought of the healthy choice ones. Brians cousin who is doing WW with us eats the lean cusiene ones and likes them. I dont know how many points they are, but she eats one a day for lunch.

Re: Weight Watchers...again
Chippa,
You have to use your point calculator to figure out the points for Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisine. I like smart ones because it's already figured out. Lean Cuisine I've eaten and their points are right around the same as the Smart Ones. I'm sure Healthy Choice is too!

Re: Weight Watchers...again
I am so glad I read this thread. I have all the WW points and info at home, but needed the motivation to get moving with it. I love the idea of us all being able to 'meet' here and help each other out. I would be great to keep this going. Now all I want for lunch is a salad...

Re: Weight Watchers...again
I'll have to try the lean cusine, healthy choice and the smart ones to see which I like. I like smart ones anything because the points are already calculated for me. The flying saucers arent bad. They are 2 points and a great way to cap off the day

Re: Weight Watchers...again
Healthy Choice has the WW point values on the back of the boxes at least on the smaller meals for some reason I don't think they have them on the larger full meals.

Re: Weight Watchers...again
OctBride03 - The points are actually listed on the boxes of Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice. i think they are all owned by the same company. IT makes iot so much easier.
