Just ignore if you don't want to read this... I have tried and failed WW now 6 times. I checked my bank balance yesterday and saw that WW had put through the online service (which I had approved and asked them for etc) and I took it as a sign to go ahead and give it one last go. ON top of that Fergie was on Larry King Live last night and she looks friggin fabulous...another sign.
So I need lots of support!!! Let's hang in there together. I'm getting married 9-6-03, so the way I figure it, I have about 34 weeks or so to lose 25-40 lbs, which can be done! HELP ME GIRLS!

alina: its 2 round chocolate type cookies with vanilla ice cream in the middle. Almost like an ice cream sandwhich but these are round. Carvel ice cream is known for them. Smart ones makes them and they are 2 points and they are really good

CONGRATS Marissa! Isn't the greatest feeling on earth to get on the **** scale and see you've lost?! It makes it all worthwhile....
Yesterday I ate 24 of my 27 pts....was so proud of myself because all the times I've tried WW in the past, I almost always bomb the first day!
Today so far: veggie egg white omelet: 1 pt feta cheese to make it edible: 3 pts Diet COke (no points...need caffeine but dont want the milk/sugar pts that come with coffee): 0 Much better start than yesterday when I was at 10 already by this time...

OMG- RACHEL- You do the same thing I do.... That is so funny!
I ALWAYS eat egg white omelettes with the same thing---- Feta Cheese, Tomatoes, Onions, and Mushrooms.... I love feta cheese in Egg white omelettes... sometime I vary it and do an Egg White Omelette with two slices of American Cheese, but I could never eat it plain...

Re: Weight Watchers...again
Rachel you just make me laugh with your Feta cheese to make it edible!
Anyway,
I had a breakfast shake for 3pts - I need to get my dairy in somehow!
And I have a V-8 which is 1 pt.
I ALMOST screwed up last night! BUT I controlled myself, still came in under my maximum points!
Anyway, for some reason as I was walking to work, motivation came upon me! LOL! I dont know how, but all of a sudden, I was like 'Yeah I'm going to be skinny this summer, NO MATTER WHAT!' So we'll see!

Re: Weight Watchers...again
It's funny because I have been eating egg whites for years - I have a genetic predisposition to high cholesterol so that's why I originally started. I have been eating them for so long now that the other day FMIL made us some fried eggs for breakfast and it was too rich for me! I felt all queasy after I ate them...and this is from a Texas girl who was raised on that kind of food....
And veggie egg white omelets taste like cardboard without some sort of cheese....

Re: Weight Watchers...again
Chippa, I thought a flying saucer was some kind of a mini hot dog thing, don't know why it gave me that association!!!
I had a piece of toast with peanut butter - 4pts And a skim latte - 2 pts (hm, and I still don't like it but need my dairy) So total 6 points
I measured peanut butter yesterday. One tablespoon was a bit more than my thumb knuckle, but less that the two knuckes of my index finger... In general, its also the same as spreading peanut butter incredibly thin on a piece of bread (and I mean incredibly thin).
Yesterday, I stayed at 22 points, 1 point under my max ==> Yeah!!! I had peanut butter and baked eggplant for a night snack.
I am trying to figure a way to have more milk without having milk... The only thing that I kind of sort of like is plain lowfat yogurt (3points)... I hate milk. I will try to eat just a tiny bit more cheese to get my 2 servings of calcium.
For those interested in Guiltless chips, here is their site guiltless gourmet
18 baked bean spicy chips are only 2 points, about 110 calories 2 g. of fat and 2g. of fiber.

Re: Weight Watchers...again
Today is one week OP for me, going to weigh in tonight! I am doing better than I was earlier in the week, am kind of getting a handle on journaling and keeping points. I need to eat more veggies though, my snacks now consist of fruit, and I would like to save points wherever possible. I think I am also overcounting in some areas, had a turkey sandwich on Tues and counted the turkey as 4 points, but I think it may have been more like 2 if I look at previous posts in this thread. Am planning to go shopping tonight after the meeting to grab some smartones meals and flying saucers!
