We got a response today from one of FMIL's friends and they responded YES, with their daughter who was NOT invited.
I called FH and he told me that the friend called his mother and said that there is no babysitter available for daughter so if she is not invited she cant come...and FMIL (who wanted this kid invited to begin with and whom we said IS NOT invited to begin with) told her okay... WELL IT IS NOT OKAY!
Yes, we are having kids at the wedding- they are FAMILY- Ex: Fh's 9 year old brother...NOT FMIL's FRIENDS DAUGHTER! Give me a fricken break!

I'm hoping we don't have this issue. We've been told by people with younger, uninvited kids that they have babysitters already (and the babysitters think they are nuts). FH spoke with his second cousins about bring their kids and they all agreed they wanted to leave them at home.
The only people who've been 'assuming' their kids were coming were people who's kids were actually invited so, so far so good (I'm sure that will change).
