This is her direct ext.. if you go on a Tuesday there is a girl at the front desk who isn't the friendliest. I went their 2x on a Tuesday and she was not helpful at all. The first time I went there she basically told me they had nothing and wanted me to leave. I asked for a manager and Tylene came out and all was perfect. She just didn't seem like she wanted to be bothered.

Thanks so much for the info...I spoke to Tyleen today (not even on purpose) because I forgot the number at home and the girl at the front desk transfered me.

She is such a sweetheart and we or at least I am going to look on Thursday evening or Sunday. I am just worried because she probably won't be there and I don't want to get into it with the front desk.

I filled out the authorization form with Tyleen also but i didnt leave my CC#...maybe because my wedding is so far out.....

You can do your own candy bar...I am. But Felicia had to get the permission of the head chef. They dont want tacky things that would reflect badly on them. She has to see everything to approve them prior to the wedding. I will take pictures of everything and will email them to her so i dont have to unwrap everything

The next showcase is definetly October....cant wait

Tylene had mailed out the contract to me with the hotel cards after i said yes to the room. She said to wait 24 hrs for computer to update but the rooms were being held,

When I received the contract I saw that one room was missing for my uncle who had booked (ppwk was mailed out before room booked but Tylene had already updated computer w his reservation). I wanted to get a new copy with the updated room so I went to hotel and spoke to Tylene and she was able to show me the big bridal suite and also gave me updated contract. I was able to fax her the ppwk if i wanted to but i wanted to make sure everything was in order... nPlus it gave me an opportunity to see if i could see the suite.....It worked

For those that are doing their own candy buffet..how long in advance do you need to get approval? I think I might do the candy bar but I am not sure yet...I wasn't very impressed with theirs

When to LaQuintana tonight...loved the rooms Wanted to thank you girls for pointing this one out. I almost wasn't gonna block rooms because I thought you needed to guarantee a certain amount and that the rooms would be crazy expensive

i'm not sure but call them and ask... I would say the earlier the better before you buy stuff and you can cross another thing off your to-do list

I would definately call whenever but you might need to show them the containers you are putting the candy in
