Hi everyone. It is my first time posting. :) I hope everyone is excited. Westbury Manor is beautiful & awesome. Does anyone have any photographer recommendations? So far, I have looked at Duet & Sherwood Triart...both were nice, but haven't made up my mind yet. :)

Thanks.for the quick response...I didn't think so because we want to add it as an extra for the guests..It will still be cheaper paying them to do it and easier for me

Thanks for the warm welcome & for the advice...I checked out 2 photography vendors today--Artisan & Franklin Square Photography. FS photography's work was great--but a bit expensive...(almost 7k for both photo and video combined)...with the medium photo package...I am looking into twelfth night as well.. :) Denise

Congrats and welcome!!!

Check our Silverfox. They are the house photographers for the manor and their work is amazing.

I just left there this evening...made a payment...I asked Felicia the same question about bringing in your own candy. From what she said she would have to know exactly what candy and what type of a bowl you plan to the put the candy in. AFter she finds this out she has to check with the exe chef. This is becasue they have allowed brides to do this and they come with plastic bowls or tupperwear which is unacceptable. As soon as she gets back to me I will post it

I asked my banquet manager about bringing in your own Candy and she said that they used to allow brides to bring in their own, but people were presenting them in a fashion that was unacceptable and it reflected badly on WM. So now if you want the candy bar you have to let them do it for you. I know it's a lot chaper to bring your own, so that kinda ***** that you can't do it anymore!

Some people actually thought tupperwear was ok. She even said they were bringing tin bins from BJ. She said she would get back to me. I might have to bring in the items the week of the wedding for them to approve them, which is fine with me.

Felicia said the invitations to the showcase should be going out shortly. They are finishing the printing on them. They had flyers already made up so i took one off of her desk since i was there. you have to rsvp by June 8th. I told her right there and then I would be there.

Who are you ladies bringing with you? My FH has to work but he is taking a long lunch and will meet me there but I think i'm bringing my FMIL and my daughter.

It's funny this was one of the main reasons I did not book them on the spot the 1st time. FH has 4 close friends and his best friend..all in the wedding party (not including JBMs, FG, RB) but that was solved because we both agreeded that since we are paying for the entire thing we don't want to miss anything so we will only be there a few minutes before they introduce us for the reception.
