Also To say Iraq and Afghanistan are not the same I personally think that is dilusional they both hate us there has been links with one another. No Iraq did not directly order the planes down but do you think they were sad about it know they cheered and burned our flag that is definitely the people I care about LOL

I can assure you that I am not dillusional. Iraq did not directly order the attack on the WTC. You said it yourself. The fact that people in Iraq cheered is not ,IMO, a reason to go to war. Also, if you do not care about the welfare of these people why should we be allowing thousands of our men and women to die for their chance at a better life?

So if he was for Iraq involvement why are we mad at Bush's involvement but not Kerry's approval of it ??

Because Bush LIED and continues to LIE to the American people to futher his own agenda.

There is a legitemate debate that could and did take place prior to the Iraq invasion. However this 'debate' was held given certain facts and assumptions. When one finds out the orignal stragety was based on false pretenses, the whole argument falls apart and the individuals lose credibility.

Bush made that assumption based on CIA and British intelligence. Even Iraqi officials thought there were WMD. I think that was more of a mistake than a lie. And I do think that the CIA should be held accountable.

In his ads he is using pictures showing the strength of americans he is not using bodies or grave sites. Also like Ciminok said maybe the job market is so bad is because of the fact that we are buying things mad e in CHINA JAPAN Guatemala , why don't we as consumers focus on keeping Americans employed rather then but these products from these other countries. Or how about the fact that these maniacs are in our country and taking our money and using it against us , I think Bush's efforts are commendable, honrable and down right Heroic. I am sorry you are upset the taxes etc but I look it as these ar my dues that I pay to live free.

Bush = commendable, honorable and Heroic....Now that is an oxy moron

No one asked him to come to their rescue. Yes, Sadaam is a terrible man, but Bush didn't send our men and women there bc he wanted to establish democracy for the people of Iraq. His sole purpose in going to Iraq is protect his interests (ie, Oil) and to get the man who tried to kill his pappy. There was no and STILL no proof of WMD.

I feel the adds are kind of a guilt trip in a way -

Remember who helped you in your time of need.....

Bush has lost my vote on woman's health issues, gay rights issues, first ammendment issues, not giving FULL benefits to the hundreds of soldier's families that have lost there lives after he declared 'victory' in Iraq. and because in MHO he and Cheney are just plain and simple creepy.

Oh yeah and I am also a registered republican.

That would be my first question.

I would have had some respect for Bush if he had just said ' Hey these 'evil doers' tried to kill my father and I want revenge.' I still would not have supported the war, but at I would have appreciated his honesty.

Re: What are your thoughts on

just other lies that have come up:

a few days after being inaugurated Bush put out his plan for attacking Iraq...7 months before the WTC attacks...

this after during the entire 2000 campaign we heard him say that he wanted to bring US soldiers home and not go into other nations to 'nation build' essentially what he planned to do with Iraq...b/c at that meeting he had a plan for post-war Iraq

he has lied about same-sex marriages...he said it was a state issue...but now he is making it into a federal issue

WMD weapons of mass destruction

Re: What are your thoughts on

Actually, it's been documented that Bush was advised that the statements he made in speeches early last year were not based on fact. Colin Powell himself told him. There was evidence reported in Britain about some sort of weaponry supposedly found (it might have been mustard gas, but I'm not sure exactly) and Bush wanted to quote it. He was warned not to. The British statements were proven false shortly after.

In his various speeches, speechs designed to convince the American public that the Iraq war was just, Bush lied to the State Department, the National Security Council, and every resident and citizen of the United States. Frankly, he should be impeached.

then tenet should be fired. but they are playing games now as the CIA states they never said the information they had was to be classified as an imminent threat. who is telling the truth? why isn't tenet replaced?

a country should not go to war on a 'hunch', a country should go to war only as a last resort when sufficient credible evidence has been presented. to date i believe such evidence has not been presented.

watch osama re-appear in the coming months...

I absolutely agree...IF Clinton was impeached for lying about having sex...i think Bush should be held to the same standard

It is not the same you are assuming he out right lied I don' think he deliberately lied , or intended to mislead. Now Clinton's lies were out right lies

It is very different - Clinton lied UNDER OATH, whether Bush lied or not has never been absolutley clear..aka..no smoking gun.
