Right now I have my bedroom painted a dark green. Im just bored with it now after 5 years so I want to change it in the spring. But I put these velvet drapes up in place of closet doors and I dont want to replace those. What color do you think would work with them?
Not a great photo but here they are on my closet.
I have medium colored wood floors and light pine furniture.

what about picking a shade that you see in the wood floors? that will tie it all together, and there are probably a ton of shades to blend with.
