What diet do you recommend

I'd like to lose about 10-15 pounds and keep the weight off. Which diet would be the best for me?

If you are looking for a structured program I HIGHLY reccommend Jenny Craig.
They give you all the food you should be eating and they formulate a menu for you for the week. It's very easy to follow and you are not deprived.
You must eat their food- but it's REALLY good!
It works TERRIFIC! FH is on it and has lost 10lbs so far. They teach you how to eat so for the long term- it should stay off.
