Maybe I'm just whacked because I haven't eaten all day, but those that know me, know I'm all about doing something different.
These are edible arrangements, fruit made to look like flower arrangements. Would this be a good idea? It comes out to almost the same price as floral CPs. But I figured these could do double duty, and be eaten, instead of something that will eventually die. Edible Arrangements

This centerpiece reminds me of another edible centerpiece that was posted a while ago. I looked into it, but couldnt find the vendor that makes them. They look yum though!!

Oh, would I like one of those truffle centerpieces for my apartment! I would walk by every minute or so and take one off! Yum!!

It's cool for a cocktail party at my house, but I wouldn't want it for centerpieces at my wedding.

You know what I would love that for? A bridal shower. It's perfect because usually those are brunch, and fruit is so nice to have with brunch.
i agree-i love edible arrangements-- i recommended them on here for valentine's day b/c of their amazing chocolate covered strawberry arrangement!!
I was thinking about just getting one or two fruit arrangements b/c they are pretty sizeable for my sister's bridal shower! we already have CP's for the shower so it would just be nice for the ladies to pick at.

That would be really different.
I can tell you I have received one of these and they look so nice (and taste good too!) Very bright colors and put together really nicely.

I actually ordered one of these for my engagement party.. it looked really pretty...no one really ate it though.

that would be great for a day wedding or a bridal shower. for an evening wedding I would stick with the flowers or candles.
