what embarrasses you about ....

YOUR PARENTS????


I think everyone has something that bothers them about their parents.. so what is yours...

My mom is soo stuck in the 80s. She has the big poofy hair still

Im going to be nice and start out conservatively hehe


Dad:
- you can never go out to eat with him because he complains about everything EX: the salads are made with romaine and NOT ICEBERG!!

- he steals pens everywhere he goes (not knew ones, like ones laying around places) .. dr's offices, at stores he'll sign a reciept and take the pen its really an addiction haha


Mom:

- My mom still wears vests - I try to tell her that people dont wear vests anymore.. but she disagrees

- when my mom talks to people and tells stories she talks about people like everyone she is talking to knows WHO they are, WHAT they do etc... EX 'so Bob was talking to Sarah and told her ....' and everyone looks at her like huh? :lol

My parents are older than most people my age's parents. I have two brothers who are 15 years older than me.
So sometimes they are just way too behind the times and don't 'GET IT' but then again my mom was the one who dyed my hair blue and purple when i was in 8th grade so i shouldnt complain!

my dad has no rhythm at all but he loves to dance and clap along to music... it's awful!!

instead of sayin stugotz? spelling.. my dad says stunotz

and im like dad...its stunad or stugotz

I kno im butchering the spelling but for real..i tel lhim when we go out...no practice with me...so if u say it u say it right! HAHAHA

and my mom has indigestion which makes her make likek burp noises...

both arent that embarassing but i pee my pants when they do it.

My dad thinks he's Tony Soprano and curses up a storm in both english and itialian no matter who he is talking to!

AND, when we go to the beach, my dad never bothers to rub his sunscreen in all the way, so he just walks around with big white blobs all over him and all of my friends STILL make fun of me for it to this day!

My mom sometimes talks really loudly. But other than that, she rarely does anything embarassing, thank goodness!

my mom can be the laziest lazy lady in the whole world i.e. ill be upstairs in my room on the OTHER side of the house and i hear KAR!! KAAAAARRR!! so i come running. Shes sitting in her chair 10 ft from the tv and wants me to turn it up b/c she lost the remote

speaking of losing things - she looses EVERYTHING, glasses, wallet, keys ... everywhere we go. So embarassing to have to look for her keys so we can go home from places.

When my dad was alive ( ) he was soooo bossy . My friends knew to just humor him

mine is the 3rd post i went to reply but was beat to it hehe

my mom is reallllly loud too haha.... we always have to tell her 'shhh' and then she gets PO

my dad answers the phone by saying 'yellow'

my Father is a chef so where ever we go to eat he seems to be a nit pick!

my mom is a doll like one the kids hehe I swear she is my sister not my mom people tend to think we are lovers more then friends kinda sad story....

she has drop foot from a back injury and can't really walk for a long period of time so I link arms with him just incase she loses her footing so people think we are lovers funny .... she looks soo young I wish I did

my dad: has a tendency to be VERY loud and sounds like hes always yelling but hes really not.. also when he goes out he thinks stained/hole-y t-shirts are appropriate. and sweats that he wore to change the oil in the car.. it can be VERY embarrassing!
