I would keep everything the way it is depending on how far along I would be.

Re: What if...
honeslty, it would upset me A LOT.... I am not ready for children at all. I have always dreamed of the big wedding and to give that up is something that would bother me forever. I know that sounds selfish but I am still young and don't have children so I feel I can still be a little selfish

Haha thank you! I'm right there with you. I just wouldn't be able to enjoy myself the way I'd want to if I was pregnant. I wouldn't feel as confident. I'd be afraid people would be judging. Not that they wouldn't if I was toting my 1 year old down the aisle with me (at least some of my family LOL!). But it's still different.
well maybe if you guys get cracking after the wedding you can provide us with another RB or FG (try and make ti a FG cuz I already have 2 RBs.... no pressure )

Exactly!!
And Jessie, don't hold your breath for that honeymoon baby! Though Dan might start putting holes in the rubbers right after the wedding. He's THAT anxious.

I don't think this is selfish at all! It's just responsible! You want to enjoy your youth and your time to yourself while you still are able to. I'm 23- I don't want to be pinned down by a kid yet. I wanna go back to school, I wanna travel, I wanna buy a home, I wanna enjoy my time as a newlywed. And besides, if it is selfish, that's what being young is all about.

Re: What if...
I would be reaaaaaally upset...we cannot afford a baby and we don't have space for one...plus I am finally getting my masters and I'm really committed to finishing it. Also I want the wedding that I want, not an altered one.
I can't say what I'd do...it'd be a nightmare.

i feel the exact same way. we dont want to have kids for a few years so we can buy a house, travel, and just enjoy being married before kids come. I am not ready to give up the social life we have yet.
i don't know what I would do about the wedding though if it did happen. it would depend how far along i'd be at the wedding.

Re: What if...
It would not be an ideal situation, since we are moving to a 5th floor walkup!!!! Imagine lugging a stroller down 5 flts of stairs??
I really want to wait and enjoy being married and become financially stable before any fat babies arrive (and they will be fat - FH's rolls had rolls!)

Re: What if...
Cancel the wedding and go to city hall. But if the wedding was only 3-4 months away, I wouldn't cancel it and go ahead with it. I just couldnt see myself walking down the isle in a wedding dress 9 months pregnant

Me three. I do not think my parents would attend if I still had a wedding. Honestly - This is my worst nightmare!!! Not because children aren't a blessing but my old farty darty parents would be so disapointed!!
