What is everyone doing for place cards holders?

I thought about maybe doing little hearts because my theme is hearts but I'm not sure.

I'm gonna do a heart votive with a picture holder on top, it's really cute! One of my BMs had it at her wedding and I saw it on Ebay

I SAW THEM!!!! My wedding isnt for another year and a half so I didnt know if I should get them because I dont know how many times I might change my mind!!!

If I do normal placecards I'd liek to use this holder. If not I might go with a cookie placecard - I think my guests woul get a kick out of something like that
