I'm feeling all lovey-dovey and so it brings on the question:

What is the most romantic thing your FH/DH has ever done for you?

He is not really romantic like off the charts-but I he is awesome and barely says no to anything-

I had my tonsils out not to long ago and he was there with apple juice day and night-small things byt sweet ones...

Well, on our wedding day, the only thing I was 'sad' about was that I didn't get to finish my dessert! It was a Cappucino Crunch thing that Glen Island makes and it's seriously the yummiest thing in the world - the bottom layer is like a blondie, then there's coffee ice cream on top with toffee bits, and then a marshmallow meringue on top. BUT people started to leave just as I'd had my first few bites.

For my birthday this month, DH got in touch with our fantastic banquet manager and arranged to go to Westchester and pick up 2 Cappucino Crunch dessert for me!! He even enlisted his friend to drive him since we live in NYC with no car! To top it off, our banquet manager, Rocco, gave him FOUR of the desserts and refused to charge him for it I thought it was such a sweet thing for DH to do

Seriously though..... We met on Jdate nearly 2 years ago now (he contacted me first). And for the longest time now I've been saying that I wish I had saved his first email to me and my response back to him.

We agreed no wedding presents for eachother on our wedding day.

On our wedding day, he gave both those emails (along with the picture from my profile) framed in a beautiful frame. He had the emails copied onto card stock and framed.

It's now hanging over my fireplace in our living room.

I thought that was insanely romantic.

When we first started going out he bought me my first car. It wasnt the car that I loved so much but the way he suprised me with it. I was living at home in Queens at the time and my brother says he wants me to go outside. Well low and behold my FH has roses planted on the ground leading from my house all the way around the block. Everyone in my neighborhood was looking at me like. It was the most sweetest thing a man has ever done for me. When i got to the last rose there was the car waiting for me covered with white and red roses. I tear up everytime i think about this.

it was a ugly rainy day, and i was feeling so lonely.( i live in queens, and he lives in bensonhurst, ) we were talking on the phone, and he was going out with his friends. we hung up the phone, and a half hour later, he rang my bell, with a bouquet of flowers and dinner for me. i thought that was so cute.. he brightened up my night!!

After all the rain we were having in October I thought my dreams of having the outdoor wedding was gone. BUT the morning of our wedding it was GORGEOUS! Sun was shining...so beautiful.

On the way to WM I'm in the car with my MOH and Grandma when all of the sudden I get a text message...It's DH...

'It's a beautiful day today....and the weather is nice too.'....

When he proposed, he had the most beautiful red roses waiting for me. Then he got down on one knee and proposed I could just hear the emotion in his voice. It was so sweet.

UMmm hmm he has done so many things, but I would have to say that the letters he wrote me while he was in boot camp are my most cherished romantic moments.

On Valentine's Day (2004) he came to my office without telling me and stood by my desk with flowers, candy and a trophy in the shape of a heart that said:

'I hope that I can find a way to make your dreams come true and give you all the things in life that mean the most to you. For you have made me happier than I've ever been before and with everyday that passes by I love you more and more'

we used to live two ours away while we were engaged and my DH hates to get up ealry in the morning

i figured i would not see him on my past b-day - it fell on a wednesday, but i am getting ready for the gym, i hear the door bell and it was him - i was shocked and so happy to see him

i love when he surprises me

Proposing! But its the little everyday things that he does for me that shows me how much he truly loves me!
Opening doors, surprising me with gifts, cooking dinner, doing errands around the house.
Holding my hand, giving my huge bear hugs when I need them most!

This is tough because my husband is pretty romantic.

I think my all time favorite was our 'last boyfriend-girlfriend' date, which we did right before our wedding.

We ate at the Pierre Hotel, went for a carriage ride, went to a champagne bar ... it was really awesome.
