what's your wedding website?
Hi, After doing a search on this board I realized quite a few of us probably have our own personal wedding websites. I thought it might be helpful for everyone to share their sites for idea's etc...mine is www.robandlinda.com

Linda D. How did you get started with the web site?
Linda D. I love your website. How did you get started with the website? Did you have to get a domain name? And what does that cost? I am very interested in starting one up but just not sure how to start. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Linda D. How did you get started with the web site?
Bride-To-Be... Thanks! My FI is a web designer so he taught me just enough to put together my website. We registered our domain name with jumpline.com, but lots of services will give you a free website. Feel free to email me at [email protected] if you need any other info.

Wedding Websites- Great Idea
Jillian - I love your website on the knot! BTW, how was registering at crate and barrel? We really want to register there for some every day items but a lot of my FI's folks are down south and wouldn't go online or get to a crate and barrel.

Wedding Websites- Linda D
Hi Linda- Where down south are his parents? I am in Atlanta and there are Crate and Barrels down here. As for registering there- it kinda sucked b/c they do not have an automated system. You have to walk around with paper and pen (they give you) and you have to write down everything you want- description, sku# and price. It is a very timely process. We also registed at Target- which was so easy b/c they gave you the 'gun' and all we did was walk around and zap things- much easier!!! I love C&B stuff- so I suffered through it. They have a really nice online set-up. You might want to put little cards in the invitations for the wedding and showers that gives people the web-site and maybe that will help them order on-line. Good Luck :)

Thanks Jillian, My FI's parents are outside of Memphis. We're still not sure if we should do C&B (although we love there stuff too) or just do Target. I know we have to decide though b/c time is running out! Thanks, L
