What vendors will you be feeding at your reception??
I have so far:
Photographers Videographers DJs- ??? do we feed them ?? They will arrive at 5:30 pm Photobooth Attendent - ?? have no clue if I feed this person
Am I missing anyone else??

If I put all the vendors at one table to feed, do I have to get a centerpiece for that table? I know its a silly question, but I have to pay for the centerpiece - just saying....

I didn't. Instead of a table # I had it say VENDORS People that make you wedding day dreams come true
They all add up It was just under $1K just for vendor meals

Nope, don't worry about a table for them. They usually just eat somewhere else (not in the reception room).

My RH asked me how many vendors they needed to provide meals for.
so at my final apts, I asked my vendors how many people.. like obviously I know who will be there but I didn't want to leave out assistants and such. so I gave the RH my final vendor #.
